Bank Of Baroda — refund for cash handling charges

Respected sir, we are a small costumer of your bank. On dt. 24/06/19 a tx charge of rs.10349 deduct from my a/c [protected] on a/c cash handling charges on dt 04/05/19. We deposit only 87000 rupee in big detonation. We gone to concern branch also mail to rm for refund it. But there is no responce.
Again i request to you please do needful
