I have not received my refund from amazon and swiggy. I have addressed this issue a lot of times now. I contacted bank of baroda and they told me that the amount has been refunded but i have not received any notification (Message or mail) nor has any amount been credited into my account. I have attached the screenshot of the refund reference number that i received from amazon.

Updated by Rucha Mehta I have also attached the screenshot of the mail I received from swiggy that says the amount will be refunded within 2-4 days(this was on 15 April)
