I placed an order on amazon on 18th october, 2018 for ₹1278 and paid using upi through google pay. I cancelled the order then but money hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. Amazon customer care gave me the reference id:[protected] of the initiated refund from their end. I was asked to raise a charge dispute. Kindly resolve the issue soon as it is pending from many months.

Updated by naziafirdous I wrote this complaint on 05th March and today is 03rd April. There's absolutely no response from the Bank. My money isn't refunded yet. Kindly take the matter into consideration and act on it.
