My refund has been made my amazon but i didn’t receive my refund. I call on their customer care they say that its technically problm by bank i also call on bank customers service but they didn’t track my refund its been 1 month but i didn’t receive my refund my reference number is 74332748043804212784245. Please make my refund as soon as possible

I approached your branch for mobile number change After waiting for a long time I was able to meet your officers, I made the request for changing the number ultimately I got the response is after two days only it is possible.
I tried to approach your branch manager he is not available.
For a NRI your bank is giving this much response
