With regard to an item (Phone) which i had recently purchased from amazon.in.. I wish to raise a complaint regarding a refund on this item due to some problem with the item... So it was said that the refund has been made from amazon.in.. But it has not been credited to my account;which is from bank of baroda... I also have a reference number which states that the refund transaction has been made to the bank... Is there any way where i can receive back the money.. It has already been 10 days since the refund has been initiated to the bank...
