Bank Of Baroda — refund is not reflected in my bank account.. i want to make a charge dispute file

I made two order in amazon on 20th march via bank of baroda debit card and then due to the lockdown i cancelled my order.. Amazon initiated the refund amount on 2nd april but the rufund is still not feflected in my bank of baroda bank account..

So please do something to get me back my refund amount.. I want to lodge a charge dispute file..
