Bank Of Baroda — refund issue amazon

I have ordered an item from amazon and returned it. But the refund has not been received by me till now. Although amazon claims ro have refunded the amount on april 20. The reference number is 74332749054905302918694.
Can u help me out?
Its been almost 3 weeks since i am waiting for my refund.
It is a group project works money. Its not my money...

Updated by Bashiq Ibrahim Sorry..the reference number is wrong.. I have sent another complaint with the correct reference number.
