My issue is i want to know about my money status

This money is initiated from amazon on 19/10/2019 sunday they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me return reference number an as me contact to bank
My return reference number is[protected]

I want to y money back as soon as possible

I made a transaction of rs3000 by phonepe app on 1st of sept. the money got deducted from my account but couldn't receive in the receiver bank.the transaction is made by my phonepe no. [protected].
