Hi,
I have bought a product from Nyka due to some issue i have returned those. They said refund has been initiated since 21st may but money is not reflected in my account.i tried follow up with nykaa everyday. Even i send them the bank statement of whole month. There is not showing any transactions from nykaa's end but they already initiated the refund money. They told me that the issue is not with them its bank issue so i have contacted bank several times they just ignore the thing. If it is the issue with bank tjen you need to resolve it other than i will close the account with bob.
I visited to bank for claim chargeback but they denied It is evey users rights to claim charge back. But dont know why they are misbehaving.
Any short of condition i need my money. I can not loose my money.it is bank fault. So you need to look into this posivitely.

Dear Sir, i have a saving account in bank of baroda branch surajpur greater noida, a/c no. [protected], amazon refund me the amount of Rs. 449.1 dated 23/05/2019 against refund reference number [protected]. but the above amount not reced till dated.

When i am withdraw amount of rupees 1000 in 10/06/2019 from atm near iffco gandhidham, kutch, gujrat.my money is debit from my account but not deliverad by atm machine.
