Bank Of Baroda — refund money not initiated

Amazon has refunded the amount but my bank account is not been credited yet. Its been 7/8 days. Amazon operators are telling, they refunded the amount but my bank account has not been credited. The amount is rs 679/-. I visited bank too but they said amount has not came yet. Please take action accordingly. Refund reference #75503720059038375251342

I hv purchase two products from amazon and returned one of them total Amt 1223 rs on 22feb and returned Amt is 625 rs which is initiated from amazon on 25feb. But not showing in my account till now. They give me the reference no 74332740057005669572212 to confirm from bank.my acc no is [protected].
