Bank Of Baroda — refund never received

I had ordered lux cozi cotton mens boxers whixh was not received by me o delivery. For this the refund was initiated from Amazonś end on Monday 14 October which was to be refunded by Fri Oct 18 2019 and the authorisation code or RRN for the refund transaction is #1CW7MJL60000K19Z2C45
This RRN is a proof that the refund has been authorised by the bank but stuck in the Bank gateway itself.
It is not received till now. Please tell what is to be done.

I had made a payment to Amazon on 29.9.19 amounting to Rs. 999/- only, though my debit card (ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 6884) Bank of Baroda, but in next 4-5 days the refund my amount (through RRN #0RZV1AAW0000K0P2MKOM) till now I have not receive the payment in my account.

Amazon has refunded my money on 4th of oct but till today i don't get the money back in my account.

My transaction get failed on amazon pay on 4/10/19 of rs 399.
And refund is initiated by amazon but
Money will not come in my account.

I have returned my product on 19th October but still, I Have not received my payment in my bank account.

I have already chat with Amazon Customer Service Person and they have told me that We have done our payment process. So where is my money?. I want my return as soon as possible.
