Bank Of Baroda — Refund not credited

I have not received my refund in my a/c Bank of Baroda(Industrial estate) Amazon is saying that they have initiated refund on 3-4-17 for Rs.265. on the other hand bank of baroda is saying that they did not receive any refund in my bank account. i don't know who is lying. I request you to kindly look into this issue it has been more than 11 days. i am attaching both the copies, one is email reply from amazon & another reply is from bank of baroda on their website.

Updated by shriom2015 Dear sir, i did not receive reply from bank of baroda. i am attaching copy of previous reply which i got from them few days back in which they said that they did not receive any amount from amazon in my bank account.

Today we withdraw 10000 then 10000 then 4000 rupees from Punjab and Sind ATM but only 20000 came out of it.. The ATM id is SPSBD060701.. We Debited on 10th April 2017 at 9pm.. Please credit the amount "4000" to my account.. Thanking you Manish Agarwal..

Paytm refund my amount on 27march 2017 on my bank of Baroda account but after 12 working day my amount into my account.
