Bank Of Baroda — Refund not credited more than 10 days

I did not get my refund yet in my bank of baroda debit card from flipkart for Rs.489.0 reference number 74766517142720969672652 and Rs.267.0 reference number 74766517142720969672637. My account no. is [protected].
& also did not get refund from amazon for Rs.1425 Authorization code: 082105. I request you to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
