Bank Of Baroda — Refund not credited to my account

Respected sir, My online refund of RS 189 is said to be credited by Shopclues on 4th March 2017 they give me reference number of transaction.

The refund details are:
ShopClues Refund ID 10999872
Refund Reference Number (RRN):[protected].
but it's not credited in my account.
I also booked a complaint by mail to Shopclues but after 2 days I get a reply the complaint solved but it's not. So Please help me to get through this
