I have account with your branch bharuch main and i didn't get refund from 10 days of my amazon purchase which i have returned on 25th december
They are telling that they already gave me refund but there is issue with bob site
They gave me reference number for that 202131
Please refund my amount as soon as possible

Plese solve my problem which in have faced on 04/01/2019 on upi transection witn the amount off 2190 amount debited from my account but not credit in reciever account
