Bank Of Baroda — refund not getting

I have bought two tops from jabong, since i didnot like it, i returned it and has asked for refund on 12th aug 2017,
I have not received the amount yet.
I will send many mails to bank but they not responding and jabong says that they have issued the refunded amount. And they give arn no 74332747221722070988581. Plz chck urgent
I want you to kindly look at this issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible...
