Bank Of Baroda — refund not initiated by bank

Respected sir/madam
I have account with bank of baroda kelva-mahim branch.
I had done one transaction with amazon.in on 18/09/2019 of rs 21, 999
Because of some issue i had cancelled the order. Because the amount is already paid amazon.in told me that they had initiated the amount on some date and till 24/09/2019 it will be added in my account.
But still i have not received amount. I contacted to amazon they tell me to file a charge dispute.
