Bank Of Baroda — refund not initiated in bank account

On 4th of april amazon had refunded my payment amount and on calling amazon customer servicce they have sent me reference number and details also about the refund but still i have not got the amount in my bank account after 24working days of bank. On visiting the bank they told that it will be refunded soon but still it is not refunded. Kindly resolve this soon or else i will have to take strict action.
