Bank Of Baroda — refund not initiated in my account

Address: 107/ Nandadip bldg, Gaondevi Gupte road ,Dombivli west, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 421202

My refund of rs 2441.93 has been initiated from amazon but not aaded in my bank account bank authorities don't do anything.. Amazon has given my refund reference number which i had show to the bank member who work there.. But they said that there is no refund has been initiated and they said fill ur passbook.. I had fill my passbook but there is no refund has been show... Amazon has initiated my refund but it is not showing in my bank account.. Plz give my refund as soon as possible

So plz provide my account as soon possible.
