I had purchased some items from amazon (Description in account statement - prcr/amazon/mumbai) on 15.09.2019 through online debit card transaction of rs 469, but later on returned the same item for which amazon issued the refund with refund reference number - 0io04naw0000k0fqnp5c on 30.09.2019. But refund still not received back, after contacting to bank, they assured the return after 14 working days, which had already exceeded more than specified limit. Complaining bank of baroda online by complaint number 2020312 still provided no solutions. Contacted the customer service cell but got same response that "no refund made in your account". Still waiting for refund.
