I have purchased a ear phone from amazon 14 march 19 0f 499/- inr and i got a defective piece so i return it back and they refund my money as they gave me a proof that i m attaching with this complaint and i did not get from my bank and i go to my bank they told me that you should talk on customer care number and i have talked on they said to me that go to your branch i m not geeting any resolution from amazon/bank so please look into this matter.
