Bank Of Baroda — refund not processed in amazon wallet or bob account no.[protected]

Refund of 1078 rs is refunded from redbus on 29june2019. But it is not showing in my amazon account. Amazon has given me refund reference no. When i call customer care they are unable to resolve my problem.
