Bank Of Baroda — refund not processed in my bank account.

I had made the payment on myntra on 24th june of rs 2725 and immediately i had cancelled the order. The refund was initiated on 26th june but the refund is not reflecting in my bank account. I was asked to wait for 7-10 working days by myntra and 14 working days by bank of baroda but after waiting for these mentioned days i didn't received my refund. Staff is not available for opening account from 3 hour and no one another staff taking his work

And no one is responding properly
