Bank Of Baroda — refund not processed in my bank account.

I had made the payment on myntra on 24th june of rs 2725 and immediately i had cancelled the order. The refund was initiated on 26th june but the refund is not reflecting in my bank account. I was asked to wait for 7-10 working days by myntra and 14 working days by bank of baroda but after waiting for these mentioned days i didn't received my refund. The reference number shared by the team is 747992091750030086661253. Please help me out and make the refund as soon as possible.

Staff is not available for opening account from 3 hour and no one another staff taking his work

And no one is responding properly
