Bank Of Baroda — refund not received and bank is saying they not received any amount

Address: Gayatri welding,Char Rasta, valod, Tapi, Gujarat, 394640

On 15 april i cancelled order of dell vestro. Amazon saying that refund is initiated. But i have not received any refund. They gave me reference i'd of the product.
Id:75503729106028721179382... Bank is saying that there is no amount they received by amazon.
I have waited for 12 days now and still no amount came in my account
So i want to file disput complaint against bank.
