Bank Of Baroda — refund not received from amazon

I have not received my refund which was initiated by amazon on 21st sept.
Reference number:[protected]
The bank has denied to even check the refund status regarding the reference number. And they are not even taking dispute complain regarding my reference number. Now i am away from my home branch then how could i file a dispute in my home branch.
Kindly check the refund status as soon as possible.
