Bank Of Baroda — refund not received from bank side

Sir, my name is madhu chetnani, i cancelled a order from amazon which i booked on 16thmay 2019 of rs 125.. And amazon has initiated my refund on 25/5/19 and said it should be reflected in my account before 30/5/19... But it is not reflected in my account... Please help me as soon as possible..
