Bank Of Baroda — refund not recieved from amazon.in in bank

My order got cancelled from amazon.in and they initiated the refund on 9th august 2017, till date it has not reflected into my bank account. Mentioned below is the reference number to file a charge dispute, i request you to look strongly into this matter as it has been a long time and nothing is coming out of it.
