Sir/mam I have been returned my order to Amazon and refund of this product has initiated 9 October. I have received a mail for confirmation and Amazon said refund will be credited in my account within 5-7 days that is completed yesterday but refund is not reflected in my account yet. So I call them and they said me to connect bank of Baroda because they was sand my refund amount to bank but band don't deposit amount in my account. Please deposit my refund in my account as soon as possible.

For bank account refund confirmation, you can contact the bank’s customer care with this reference number for more information about your refund.
If your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation, you can dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.
