Hello Sir,
I Have an A/c (**************20) in your Delhi branch at shahdara. I made a
transaction by my debit card(***9) over Amazon .in for INR
42999/. Later on, I Asked for refund from the merchant site. They have
refunded the amount. Refund Reference # *233704*.
I have not received the said amount yet. I'm lodging my
concern with your team over online banking as well as my local bank branch but they didn't give me satisfy reply.
Now I complaint number at consumers helpline they gave me your detail and said me to mail you to resolve my problem. My consumer helpline case I'd number is : 1687539.
I request you to reflect my money back as soon as possible!
