Bank Of Baroda — refund not reflecting in my bank account

Address: Juinagar,Navi mumbai., Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400705

Amazon has initiated my refund on 8th june 2019 and the amount should have been reflected in my bank account till 14th june 2019. But till now the amount has not been reflected in my account. I visited the bank of the same concern but it was not resolved from their end.

I am attaching a screenshot of email from amazon stating all the details of the transaction from their end.
