Bank Of Baroda — refund not reflecting on my account even after it is issued by amazon

My name is (Sushma) and i had ordered a product of rs. (Rs.2415) (Product name van huesen shoes) in amazon & i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (Refund initiation date) 26/02/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (66t0qccy0000k63wcbv8) and told me to contact bank of baroda customer care. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
Also the same issue for the product i purchased in amazon (Fargo bag is the product name) of rs.507 and refund reference number is 66t0qccy0000k63wcbv8
