Bank Of Baroda — refund not restored to my account

Address: Bandra west, mumbai 400050, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400050

I was trying to book train tickets via Paytm, I cancelled the booking while I was login page of IRCTC. So the booking was cancelled and Paytm refunded the amount of Rs 6447.44 to Bank Of Baroda. But I still haven't got the mentioned amount to my account. Please help and kindly restore the amount of Rs 6447.44 to my account.
