I had done transaction of rs.500 on 6th june 2018 early morning. My acc no. [protected]... The amount has been deducted from my account but it the transaction was failed. I had spoken to bob executive he told that after 24hrs we can lodge a complaint against it. It more than 24hrs i called up again on call center bob.. One of exec said the system is down. I called after sometime a lady told that the transaction is not reflecting call after sometime. When do my amount get back to my acc. And why these people are not able to lodge a complaint.
