[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — refund of failed transaction at an atm

Address: Ranchi, Jharkhand, 834002

Dear sir/madam
Inspite of the failed transaction through my rupay card of bank of baroda in an axis bank atm rs.7000 were debited from my account but no cash was received. This is just about today (30/12/19). The atm screen was clearly showing transaction failed but we received a message that our money has been debited. The atm id was 00aecn8370 of ranchi. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
