Bank Of Baroda — refund of failed transaction

I ve recharged an amount 399 my mobile through internet banking on 26 /27 july through free rechage.com. My money has been deducted twice from my two account but was not refunded. I ve already contact the free recharge team, according to them they have not recieved the money. Kindly look into the matter and do needful. My details are given below

My a/c is old and now I m live out of city. So I want to be dect my a/c of bank of badoda branch kotwali road mathura u.p. I so many in my home branch but not only my a/c deact neither any employees not set is fide me.
So plz take my complained and resolution in some time .
