Bank Of Baroda — refund of my amazon product not yet credited

I have requested for return on amazon of rs.2299 and they have processed it on[protected] and they told me that it should reflect in my bank account by[protected] and today is[protected] and the refund is still not credited to my account and the customer service told me to wait for a few more days it will be credited and they do not have any transaction relating to the reference number i gave to them so please help me get my refund back

Date: 17 Feb, 2020.
I have called customer service executive multiple times and they have provided me the refund reference number and when I called the bank about the refund status they have mentioned that they don't have such transaction for the reference number which I have provided.
