Greetings, A refund of Rs.11139.37 was successfully transferred from amazon with ref. no.#32515613 in my vijaya bank account (now bank of baroda) account no.[protected] but same has not been credited to my account till date.I have visited branch so many times, registered complaint through customer care no.BCOT[protected] on 3rd nov.2020 but no response till date. please do the needful.
