I purchased a mobile from amazon at 26/05/18. I returned it to amazon and they REFUNDED the amount 6199/- to me at 29/05/18 but yet today 03/07/18 i cant received that amount in my account at bank of baroda Shahadra. So please sort out that case ASAP. Its really such a very bad experience with AMAZON and BOB also. Today i went to my branch and meet with a lady servent who is sitted in customer service desk to know that why its happened and how can it will be resolved then she replied me sorry sir we are unable to help you in this case we cant let you know why and how it will be resolved u can contact with customer care and amazon also they will help you in all this. So now if someone have knowledge how can this all resolve then please take initiative and help me to getting out from this thanks.
