Bank Of Baroda — refund problem

I have canceled honor8 lite mobile and back cover on amazon.in but i have not get my refund till now customer service of amazon gave me last date of refund 16/08/2017
Reff no-74332747221722070827029 for mobile
Ref no-743327472217070897964 for back cover and i have called on customer service of amazon they said that we have refunded your money on 09/08/2017 on your bank but your bank has not trasfered i your account and they gave me refrence no for confirmation
