Bank Of Baroda — Refund processed but not received in bank account

My name is shubhang rao and i had ordered cadbury celebrations of rs.421 in amazon on 30/08/2020 and after cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 31/8/2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
85215220244034946370120 and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My card number is [protected]
