Bank Of Baroda — refund related through amazon pay

Address: Railway road deoband, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh

5 april 2019 my payments failed 126 rupees through amazon pay.
Amazon said that they refund it but bank not respond.
I call costumer care of bank of baroda but not resolved they said that i refund your payment in 15 working days today 28 days complete but not get refund anywhere.
I really disappointed for the service of bank of baroda.
Please solve my problem.
