Bank Of Baroda — refund status of purchase dr 17 oct 19

I ordered 2 products from Amazon rs 7999 and rs.299 respectively. And cancelled at same date 17 October 2019. After 5 working days still I don't received balance in my bank a.c.
Amazon company says they send it to my bank a.c and bank deny it.
Return ref. No for rs 7999 is
