It is to state that my money got deducted while transferring it from bank account to paytm wallet on 7 april, 2019 but the money (Rs 4000) didn't get added in my paytm wallet. I talked about this to customer care and they gave me a link for the same which is supposed to be non-existing. It's been 5 days now and still the money didn't get refunded. Same happened in google pay for rs 90. Screenshots have been attached. Hoping for this problem to be solved.
