Hello sir,
I have been very bad experience with the bank of baroda bharuch (Gujarat) branch. I have opened joined account 2 years back and i have around 10000 rs balance since last 2 years. Today i have asked my brother to go to bob for balance checking that time get to know that account is deactivated without any notice or prior information. Second thing my brother has asked to activate again that that team manner of bob branch asked to fell kyc details and submitted again. He has filled all the details and again submitted the same that time they have asking that ask the person having this account to come and submit the kyc form i have already signed and given all the details of kyc then why i need to come to branch to submit the same if my brother already handover the details. Also when asked to do by net banking that time got reply like we dont do kyc on net banking.
Its totally disappointing reply and behavior of team member this is not at all accepted from bob at least as a bank and employee you should server you customer properly.
