Bank Of Baroda — regarding amazon money 278 rs not refund

I have purchased a product of rs278
This product i have cancel and told to amazon money will refund in my bank account. But today 20 july 19 from bank of baroda side i cant get my money bank. I have talk to amazon customer care for refund, they told me that on 9th july from their side request has given to bank.
