I have received the message from bank regarding atm cash withdrawal but the transaction was not done by my side. Kindly take the strict action on this matter at the earliest and provide the details where the transaction was done.

Rs.20000 deposited in bna machine at santrampur brnach on 23.2.18 but stil it is not credited. Pls do the needful immediately as almost one month has passed.

I have sb account having number [protected] in mahwa branch .On 01/02/2018 an amount of rs 15000 has been deducted through ATM transaction.i have lodge complaint at branch level having complaint id[protected] but it was rejected that transfer is successful.so you are requested to kindly reverse the same.
