Bank Of Baroda — regarding clearance of my cheque

Sir
I have a bank a/c as well as cheque of same but unfortunately i am unable in clearance of my cheque in home branch. Branch employee as well as customer executive failed to resolve the issue. So pls help me as fast as possible otherwise no meaning having a a/c in baroda branch.
