Bank Of Baroda — Regarding money stuck in deposit machine

i have deposited Rs. 15, 000.00 in your deposit machine located in SARVODAY SCHOOL ANKLESHWAR. on 5/4/15 but the amount was not credited in my account. i have given complain regarding this to the center point branch of G.I.D.C. ANKLESHWAR on 6/4/15. they told me that the amount will be credited in my account within 7 days. but till today, s date the amount has not been credited in my account. so please take immediate action on this & kindly give me the deposit of Rs. 15, 000.00 in my account.
