Bank Of Baroda — Regarding POS Machine

I am a Current account holder os BOB. I did applied for a POS Machine for my Store 4 months before. But the bank did not provide it yet.
When i ask the manager & corospondent about the delay, they are getting ruid to me. Its effecting my business.
