Bank Of Baroda — regarding refund

I have purchased some item through grofer on 15/08/2019 they have insiated payment of 726 rs to my account but it is not reflecting in my bank account. I have complaint to customer care but they are saying that they have not received the payment. I don't know why you people are fooling. Kindly insiate the payment of 726 to my account. Grofer gave bank arn no 30001092329227159108261.

A new ATM from my bank Of Broda has arrived I have updated my mobile number in my branch It was also written that a message has arrived in my mobile after two days May 21 is the talk I go to bank Of Broda the ATM and try to generate my new ATM OTP cannot occur in it
Sir I visited your mainpuri branch to encash my cheque but the bank executive of teller desk told me that " net is closed"
"नेट बंद है" and this created me a lot of trouble so I requested you to please look into this matter and take serious measure
Sir when i go my branch print machine does not work always sir please help me then machine work properly
